Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea jokingly teased his teammate Bruno Fernandes after the Portuguese star scored with a deflected strike in the victory over Aston Villa.
Fernandes, who was absent for the Premier League clash against the Midlands club at the weekend through suspension, registered his third strike of the campaign in the 4-2 triumph over Unai Emery's side on Thursday night. The Reds came from behind to secure their spot in the next round of the EFL Cup.
The home side went a goal down in the second half, but responded well and went on to dominate the latter stages of the clash, with Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Fernandes and Scott McTominay all getting on the scoresheet.

Fernandes scored the third goal for United, with his effort taking a big deflection off Tyrone Mings - giving Villa goalkeeper Robin Olsen no chance. The 28-year-old was understandably delighted to get back amongst the goals for the Reds, and he celebrated a 'good night' with an Instagram post after the game.
However, his teammate De Gea - who sat the game out to allow Martin Dubravka a debut in goal - poked fun at the midfielder, sarcastically congratulating Fernandes on a 'great goal’'
Fernandes was quick to reply and claimed that he was deliberately going for the deflection to take it into the back of the net.
United's victory over Villa saw them progress to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, where they will face off against Championship side Burnley.
