David Clifford gave a six-word response when asked about Darragh O Se's prediction that Dublin would be crowned this year's All-Ireland champions.
Dublin got their campaign underway with a 27-point victory over Laois on Sunday while Kerry ran out 20-point winners against Tipperary on Saturday.
And Kerry legend Darragh O Se has previously stated he reckons Dessie Farrell's side will climb the steps of the Hogan Stand later this year.
But David Clifford would not get drawn into the debate when asked about the prediction on Today with Claire Byrne on Monday.
Speaking on the show, he said: "Yeh, I'm not sure about that.
"It will be very difficult. We're coming off the back of a very patchy league campaign. We are right among the pack as it stands and there are probably five or six teams that have a chance of winning the All-Ireland so it's just about trying to raise our level of performance."
Next up for Kerry is Clare in the Munster Football final and Clifford expects the Banner to put it up to the All-Ireland Champions.
"We are well aware of the test Clare are going to bring. Every time we've played Clare it has always been a great test so we will be expecting the exact same again this year.
"Every team is going to give you respect and are going to analyse their opponent but I suppose at the end of the day you have to focus on yourself and perform yourself."
