David Beckham is set to mark his 50th birthday next week with a glamorous dinner party in London - and in a move that may silence ongoing rumours of a family fallout, his eldest son Brooklyn is expected to attend.
The former England captain will celebrate the milestone on May 2, at Core, the three-Michelin-star restaurant in Notting Hill, with an intimate guest list featuring close family and celebrity friends.
According to The Sun, Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham are confirmed attendees, along with David and Victoria’s other children — Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13.
Guests are also expected to include Tom Cruise and Beckham’s famous Class of ’92 football teammates.
“David is going all out for his 50th - and while a dinner party seems understated it is going to be a bash to remember. He absolutely loves Core and has hired out the restaurant,” an insider told the outlet.
The source added: “Brooklyn and Nicola are on the list, as well as Romeo, Cruz and Harper, and his and Victoria's parents - it's a proper family affair.”

The insider added that while Beckham previously hosted a party in Miami for his American friends, he wants his actual birthday celebration to be more low-key and family-focused.
“There will be speeches and lots of champagne flowing, as well as David’s Haig Club whisky.”
The news comes after weeks of speculation about a rift between Brooklyn and his parents.
The couple were noticeably absent from David’s Miami celebration and did not spend Easter with the family.
Brooklyn also made no public gesture on Victoria’s 51st birthday last week, breaking from his tradition of posting heartfelt tributes.
He remained noticeably silent while his brothers, Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, and father David Beckham, 49, were quick to share gushing tributes on their Instagram stories.
Adding to the growing rumours of a family feud, Brooklyn didn’t make an appearance at Victoria’s lavish birthday celebrations on the family’s superyacht in Miami, Florida, at the weekend.
Instead, the aspiring chef shared snaps of himself and his wife Nicola Peltz partying with a group of friends at Coachella in Palm Springs.
Then on Monday, the aspiring chef continue ignore the ongoing speculation and shared photos of the pair on his new mode of transport, a red Ducati, on Instagram.
Brooklyn’s silence comes just weeks after his family failed to acknowledge his third wedding anniversary with Nicola.
None of his immediate family liked, shared, or commented on his and Nicola’s posts celebrating their milestone on social media, according to MailOnline.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, rumours swirled that brothers Romeo and Brooklyn were feuding.
Fans speculated that the pair have fallen out because Romeo is dating Kim Turnbull, who reportedly dated Brooklyn in 2016.
However, Cruz shut down the hearsay when he waded into the accusations in the Instagram comments of Romeo’s holiday photos with Kim.
In a now-deleted message, an online user commented: “It’s appropriate to date your brother’s ex too? Cool.”
Cruz replied: “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.”
The Standard has contacted Brooklyn and David Beckham’s reps for comment.
