The power couple, who marked their 25th wedding anniversary in July, each shared heartfelt tributes on Instagram.
The sports star praised the fashion designer in his post and branded her an “amazing wife, mummy and best friend”.
He wrote: “Happy Valentine's to an amazing wife, mummy and best friend. I love you. I mean, ‘I just fancied her’.”
The former Spice Girl delighted fans by sharing a snapshot of David dressed as a cowboy, alongside an amusing video capturing him swinging from a ring in his cowboy attire from years past.
She wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day cowboy love u so much @davidbeckham!! Kisses xx”.
The A-list couple were among a plethora of celebrities celebrating the occasion including Beckham’s former bandmate Mel B, who shared a Valentine's Day tribute to her fiancé Rory McPhee.
She penned alongside a gallery of snaps on Instagram: “Counting down the days to forever with youuuu Luv you always#ForeverValentine.”
Australian hitmaker Kylie Minogue also marked the day on social media by sharing several photos of her clad in a red mini dress and holding a vintage camera.
She captioned her post: “Just playing Valentine’s Day” alongside a heart emoji.
Former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh, 34, fondly reminisced about meeting her husband Hugo Taylor, 37, at the age of 16.
Sharing a photo montage of their relationship over the years, she penned: “I met Hugo when I was just sixteen, which means I’ve now known him for more than half of my lifetime!!
