Football icon David Beckham has revealed he isn't just a talented player, but has a set of pipes to match too as he's unwittingly revealed his singing voice.
In an unstaged video from wife Victoria Beckham, the 47-year-old can be seen singing quietly along to the Mariah Carey hit 'All I want for Christmas'. Blissfully unaware he's being filmed, the former England player sings along until Victoria laughs and gives the game away.
As he realises he's been caught singing along, he breaks into one final note for the camera.
For a footballer who has built his famous career based on his ball skills and not his voice, the performance has left fans seriously impressed.
Wife Victoria shared the cute video to her Instagram and her 30.3 million followers, writing: "@davidbeckham giving us his best @mariahCarey".
Fans have been quick to praise David's singing voice and performance. One fan commented: "The last note was goooooddddd".
Another added: "He’s actually really good!!!"
A third wrote: "Awwww... this is very sweet... but in all fairness that last note was on point!!"
Sharp fans also spotted the moment David made a cheeky jibe at his wife's singing career. Despite her success in the Spice Girls in the 90s, Victoria has often been criticised for not having the best singing voice in the group.
As Victoria teased: "You were struggling with that high note weren't you?"
David quips: "Like you would?"
Fans spotted the teasing, with one commenting: "“Like you wouldn’t” ooooh brutal".
The cute snap into the Beckham's home life comes as it's been revealed that son Cruz is preparing to launch a music career of his own.
The 17-year-old - who released a festive single in 2016 - is working with Swedish ace Koda, real name Kristoffer Eriksson, on new material. Eriksson has previously worked with singers like Rita Ora to create chart topping hits.
Cruz has previously declared that his focus is on “just making the music I love” after he learned how to play the guitar, piano and drums and even the mandolin. Cruz has also recently signed to Ellie Goulding ’s management team Tap.
