David and Victoria Beckham joined thousands across the country as they clapped for the NHS on Sunday evening.
The couple, who this week celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary, were joined by their four children, Brooklyn, 21, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and Harper, eight, as well as Brooklyn's girlfriend Nicola Peltz, 25.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Victoria posted a video of the touching moment as the whole clan gathered together to honour the NHS on its 72nd birthday today.
Brooklyn and David knelt at the front of the group as the family's two adorable dogs jumped up at them excitedly.
Harper stood behind them while Cruz, Romeo, Victoria and Nicola stood in the back row.
The family all had huge smiles on their faces as they clapped together.
Posh added several colourful love heart emojis on top of the video.
"Thank you NHS!" she captioned the post.
Victoria added the hashtags #NHSBirthday #ThankyouNHS.
Earlier in the day she'd also shared a video of Harper drawing a rainbow on a window to kickstart the celebrations.
David also shared a video of himself sending his thanks to NHS workers.
"I just want to say happy birthday NHS," David said.
"Thank you for everything that you do today and every day."
