Dave Cormack in Celtic transfer rumour gaffe as Aberdeen chairman tweets name of supposed Hoops target

Aberdeen chairman Dave Cormack has unintentionally dropped an absolute blunder on Twitter - seemingly revealing Celtic stopper Conor Hazard to be a transfer target.

"Some think when I tweet this late in UK time that I have been at the sauce, I can't use that as an excuse because I have been tee-total for about 15 years."

Burrows then jokingly replied, suggest it wasn't Conor he was after - but his namesake Belgian, Eden, who has just been released by Real Madrid.

The former Motherwell man said: "One more of these and the Chairman is banned fae Twitter. And Dave, what you actually meant was Eden..."
