Thousands of people have visited Nottingham's Winter Wonderland in the city centre. The attraction arrived at Old Market Square on November 15 and has certainly helped many get into the festive spirit.
Family entertainment company, Mellors Group, brought the wonderland to the city again following a three-year hiatus. The firm said it was "back bigger and better than ever".
This year, guests can soar above the city with the new Sky Skate, a 400m ice rink located 5m above Old Market Square. Skaters can enjoy a drink or two at Sur La Piste ski lodge, featuring a whole host of entertainment.

Elsewhere, families can take in 360 degree views of the city at the Winter Wonderland Altitude Bar, featuring luxury faux fur throws and chic wooden décor - guaranteed to give you the Christmas feels in what is the most wonderful time of the year. Popular attractions such as the Ice Bar, the huge 33m big wheel and a variety of children's rides are also part of the Winter Wonderland.
The traditional Christmas market also makes a return with an impressive 60 magical stalls offering everything from hand-made gifts to delicious food and mulled wine from a variety of local and international vendors. If you've not visited Winter Wonderland yet, you've still got some time.
The attraction ends on December 31. When it does go, many people will be hoping it returns to Nottingham next year.
Edward Mellors, creative director at the Mellors Group, said it has been "great" to bring Winter Wonderland back to Old Market Square for Christmas. He added: "It really is the best time to come together again, to celebrate, and to have festive fun."
