Darwin Nunez has sent Liverpool fans wild after a clip of him enthusiastically celebrating Fabio Carvalho's late strike against Newcastle United went viral.
With the Uruguayan striker consigned to a watching brief at Anfield, it was left to Carvalho to conjure up some late magic to clinch a huge 2-1 win for Jurgen Klopp's side. Alexander Isak had fired the Magpies into shock a first half lead, but Roberto Firmino restored parity for the Reds with a smart finish on the hour mark.
And with time running out, Carvalho popped up at the back post to snatch a late, late winner to send Anfield wild. Since then, eagle-eyed fans have spotted Nunez's wild celebrations amid the chaotic scenes on Merseyside.
In footage which has been shared on social media, the Liverpool striker - who missed the match through suspension - was spotted enthusiastically fist-pumping in celebration after Carvalho's 98th minute leveller before he appeared to goad the Newcastle bench.
Although Nunez made the most of his view of Carvalho's strike, the forward is free to return to action this weekend when the Reds meet Everton in the Merseyside derby. Nunez is available for the crunch clash after he completed the final match of a three-game ban that he was issued with for headbutting Crystal Palace defender Joachim Anderson earlier this month.
However, it remains to be seen if Klopp will thrust Nunez back into the fold for such a highly-charged game; particularly in the wake of Firmino's stunning resurgence in recent weeks.

The Brazilian forward, who missed the start of the campaign through injury, has racked up three goals and three assists in four league appearances so far this term to stake a claim for a starting role against Everton, who are currently languishing near the foot of the Premier League table.
And that could mean Nunez, who became Liverpool's club-record signing when he arrived in an £85million deal from Benfica earlier this summer, could be left on the bench for Saturday's trip to Goodison Park.
Nunez will be eager to make amends for the lack of judgement that led to his dismissal earlier this month. His blatant headbutt led to widespread condemnation and also marred the positive impression he had made since making the switch from Portugal.
Prior to his disciplinary mishap against the Eagles, Nunez had made an impressive start to life at Anfield after netting two goals in his first two games for the Reds in matches against Manchester City and Fulham.
