Danny Miller made TV debut on Grange Hill - and looks completely different

Danny Miller is best known for playing Aaron Dingle, having appeared on Emmerdale for 13 years.

As he's now arrived in the I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here castle, fans of the soap are now seeing his exit storyline play out.

But many avid soap watchers will have seen Danny's face before Emmerdale - although they might not have recognised the star at the time.

Danny made his acting debut in Grange Hill, back in 2007 where he played Kyle Brown in series 30 of the show

Briefly dating Emma Bolton, played by Daniella Fray, Danny's Kyle only appeared in eight episodes but it was the spring board Danny needed to arrive in the village.

Danny was only 16 (BBC)

With such a brief stint in the CBBC soap, it's not surprising fans might have missed him as the star was only sixteen at the time.

But it was just a few months after Grange Hill that Danny appeared as Aaron on Emmerdale.

Danny took over the role of Aaron Dingle (previously Livesy) from Danny Webb and has already exited the soap once.

2012 saw Aaron accused of arson, meaning he left the village.

But just two years later Danny returned as part of a heist storyline.

Now, with Danny now appearing on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, Aaron is set to leave again, this time packing up to go to Cornwall, starting a new life with boyfriend Ben after a final bust-up with sister Liv

Danny has been voted to do the Dreaded Diner challenge on I'm A Celebrity tonight.

And it seems the actor may have just set himself up after admitting to having a bad gag reflex and even had a rocky start confessing to being sick in his mouth before the show even began.

When hosts Ant and Dec announced he had been voted by the public to take part in the trial he told his fellow castle stars: "I'm gonna be sick mate.”

David Ginola tried to offer some words of encouragement, adding: "Put it in your mouth, close your eyes. It's not going to hurt you."

The public are set to see how he fares tonight - and even his fiancé isn't sure he's up to the challenge.
