Danny Jones’s wife Georgia has reportedly “moved out” of the family home in the wake of his drunken kiss with reality TV star Maura Higgins.

Podcast host and model Georgia, 38, is said to have been left “humiliated” after the McFly musician, 39, was caught on film locking lips with his 34-year-old former I’m A Celebrity co-star at a BRIT Awards afterparty on March 1.

While the couple - who have been married for 10 years and share seven-year-old son Cooper - are said to be "working through" their issues, she is reportedly currently staying with a friend to get some space.

She has not addressed the scandal publicly and pulled out of a planned public appearance at the Baby Show on March 9 with Mum’s the Word podcast co-host Kelsey Parker.

"Danny and Georgia may still be married but they're not together and she is working out what she wants to do," a source told The Sun. They went on to add: "She has been hugely hurt and embarrassed by everything and told Danny she needed to get away. She has been staying with her friend Rose since Wednesday."

The insider further revealed that they haven’t given up on their marriage just yet and are "still talking" about how they can move forward from this all.

"Georgia is still married to Danny and wearing her wedding rings but they’re not together at the moment and are having time apart," they added.

The Standard has contacted representatives for Danny and Georgia Jones for comment.

Georgia’s representative declined to comment.

The update on their living arrangements comes days after Jones issued a grovelling apology to Georgia on Instagram Stories.

He wrote: "Hello everyone, sorry it's taken me a while to post this but I've taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we'll continue to deal with this privately.

"I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny."
