Danny Ings has told West Ham United they must be confident heading into Sunday's match against Arsenal.
The Hammers face the Premier League leaders this weekend looking to not only cause an upset but boost their chances of avoiding relegation to the Championship.
David Moyes' side are currently three points above the relegation zone with ten games to go but do have a game in hand over their rivals.

With a very difficult challenge up next, the January signing has spoken about what it will take to get a result at the London Stadium - especially in a league which has 'results that you don't expect.'
“Arsenal a brilliant team,” stated Ings in an interview on the club's website . “The way they play is really nice to watch. They have got a great manager. And you can see the team all buy into his philosophy.
“But we have to ensure we go into the game with full commitment and confidence. We can’t look at some games and say we have more of a chance of winning that. Because it doesn’t work like that. This is why this league is so special. Every week you see results that you don’t expect.”
