Danniella Westbrook made an emotional plea to fans for their help as one of her followers vowed to kill himself on an Instagram Live.
The former EastEnders star, 48, frantically took to her own Instagram page and asked her fans to track him down in a bid to save him.
Her daughter Jodie alerted her to his broadcast, with Danniella asking for help straight away.
Looking tearful in a video, she said: "Guys I'm asking for everyone's help quickly. I've had to pull the car over, my daughter's called, there's a guy on social media, on Instagram... on a live video. He's trying to kill himself.
"Someone needs to get to his house urgently, I've left him an inbox with my telephone number to reach out and speak to someone.
"Get somebody there, he's just one of my followers.
"I can't bear anything like that it really worries me. So please if anyone knows him, please, please, please, go round to his house, his family, get in touch. If anyone knows him, get round there, please, now, thank you."
Danniella and Jodie managed to get through to him on Instagram and eventually calmed him down.
The actress also revealed police managed to locate him and went round to the house where the broadcast was being made.
She also shared screenshots of messages she sent to the fan, which read: "You are saving yourself, all my followers who join the live stream wish you nothing but strength love and support.
"We all deserve to be in the world, I’m proud of your courage today to talk, life is hard for everyone we just need to be as brave as you were today and reach out to someone, rest up and talk soon."
He replied: "Thanks Danniella really appreciate. This is the police and ambulance have been and gone."
In recent days, Danniella posted an inspirational quote on her Instagram after being in hospital for a second time in two weeks.
"Sometimes we lose ourselves for a while, and that's okay," she shared.
"It's all a part of learning. Just made sure your comeback is stronger than your setback."
Danniella worried fans after she was "rushed" to A&E after she was hit with a second health shock after she was previously treated for septicemia.
The star is now on the mend.
