Danniella Westbrook's daughter won't have lip fillers like her mum

The rarely-seen daughter of Danniella Westbrook has confessed she won't follow in her mum's footsteps and get lip fillers.

Jodie, 20, says she is supportive of her mum's choices, but doesn't plan to undergo the procedure herself.

The daughter of the former EastEnders star recently signed a contract to be an influencer with Social Inspire Group and shared her thoughts on her mum's surgery.

Danniella, 48, shared Jodie with businessman Kevin Jenkins. The couple split in 2014 after a "long and happy" marriage and finalised their divorce in 2020.

The actress regularly shares her pride of her daughter on social media as the pair now share a close relationship.

However, despite their closeness, Jodie certainly has no plans on following her mum's choice to go under the knife.

Danniella has had to undergo surgery to try to rebuild her face after bones began to crumble.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Jodie admitted the procedures help to make her mum happy, confessing "everyone in Essex gets surgery".

Claiming the world is rife with people going under the knife, Jodie admitted: "If it makes her happy then why not go and do it?"

She said: "I went to get my lips done but I pulled back and thought actually no, I'm not doing it. Maybe I'd get my teeth done, but that's about it."

While she might not be keen on following her mum's cosmetic choices, Jodie recently revealed she'd love to follow her in her acting career and play a part in Albert Square.

Speaking to the Daily Star earlier in the month about her acting ambitions, Jodie said: "I grew up with my goal to be an actress or in West End musicals.

"I did a few musicals in school but I was going to go to Sylvia Young and follow in my mum's footsteps. But media and advertising took me completely away from that."

However, she did recognise that her name alone wasn't enough to help her land the gig.

"I mean I would definitely consider but I don't know if I've got the capacity in talent to do it, I mean I would absolutely love to, but I think there are better-qualified people out there," she added.

Mum Danniella played the role of Sam Mitchell from the age of 16 but she ended up being axed from the soap in 2000 because of drug abuse.
