Danniella Westbrook unveiled her new nose for the first time in gorgeous photos snapped at an "impromptu" dinner with friends.
The former EastEnders actress had a nose job on the NHS to reconstruct her facial features.
On her first outing after the surgery, Daniella was kitted out in a blue and pink patterned ensemble, with her blonde hair loosely straightened and swept back from her face as she dined at the Old Compton Brasserie in London.
The bar and restaurant is based in the heart of Soho and serves a range of British cuisine with eclectic cocktails, created by award-winning mixologists.
While dining at the hit venue, 48-year-old Danniella sported a fresh-faced makeup look and a pop of pink on her lips, tying in with her outfit.
The Celebrity Big Brother alum shared photos from her night on Instagram.
In the photo, EastEnders' original Sam Mitchell is sitting with pals Mark Byron and Chris Forde.
Captioning the image of the trio, Danniella penned: "Impromptu dinner @oldcomptonbrasserie with friends @mrmarkbyron @chrismforde gotta love a sunny Sunday in soho #friends ".
The mum is undergoing a series of procedures and operations to repair her face, which was damaged during her lengthy battle with cocaine addiction and suffering with osteoporosis.
The Sun reports Danniella will be getting part of her rib implanted in her face to counteract crumbling bones and a collapsed jaw and cheekbone.
The mum-of-two has had surgeries in the past to help repair her columella - the skin which separates the nostrils - after it was completely eroded away while she was in the throes of addiction, with new surgeries ongoing. Danniella has reportedly had two of five reconstructive surgeries so far, at Liverpool's Aintree Hospital.
Sadly no stranger to online vitriol about her appearance, Danniella told The Sun's Fabulous magazine: "I hate the way I look. I’m constantly made fun of, and trolled for it."
Danniella has been open about her struggles with addiction throughout the course of her career. The former EastEnder lost her role as Sam Mitchell on the popular BBC1 soap because of it and revealed she first tried the Class A drug when she was just 14.
Recent photos on the star's Instagram page show her new nose and determination to succeed in her recovery. Danniella recently recorded for The BoAt Pod podcast, where they discussed recovery and mental health.
Sharing a photo from filming, Danniella said: "If anyone is struggling with substance abuse or mental illness of any kind then [please] give it a listen when it airs next week. [You're] not alone and we do recover".
