Danniella Westbrook is having part of her rib and inserted into her face as part of reconstructive surgery.
The 48-year-old is hoping that the surgery will help her to rebuild her self confidence after nasty trolls told her that she's "ugly".
The former soap star's crippling drug addiction left her with crumbling bones and a collapsed jaw and cheekbone - which she believes was due laced cocaine.
Danniella, who first tried cocaine aged 14, claims that she snorted cocaine cut with a lethal animal de-wormer.
But the mum-of-two has been taunted by cruel trolls who have even told her to kill herself over the way she looks.
The actress said that she "hates" the way she looks and that she "pretends she's fine".
She told The Sun: “People message me, saying, ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself’. I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.
“Sometimes I wake up and think ‘I don’t want to die today but I don’t want to face the world either’.”
Danniella, who is helping to set up a holistic wellness centre in North Yorkshire after wanting to escape Essex, says she is undergoing five surgeries on her face.
One of the procedures at Liverpool's Aintree Hospital will see part of one of her ribs inserted into her cheek.
The former EastEnders actress is believed to have blown £250,000 on drugs and one of her binges saw her allegedly snort veterinary drug levamisole.
Normally used to de-worm cattle, pigs and sheep, it causes human flesh and bones to rot.
She said that she is "convinced" that the cattle medication is what left her with her collapsed cheek and jaw bone.
Danniella decided to move to Harrogate after being sick of the "fake lifestyle".
She said that the area was "champagne taste and lemonade money", adding that the sporty cars the locals drive around in are on hire purchase.
Danniella said that the people she lives near now are more "genuine" and that the focus isn't all on money.

In January EastEnders producers announced that Danniella's character Sam Mitchell would be making a return to the soap, but would be played by Kim Medcalf, who took over the role between 2002-2005.
Furious about their decision, Danniella said that her former character was "as dead as Peggy Mitchell" to her.
She is now clean, after relapsing last autumn, and now plans to "smash" her previous 14-year record of abstaining from drugs.
