Danniella Westbrook returned to hospital last night following a "health shock" earlier this year, with the latest visit coming days after news of her recent break-up.
The actor, 48, was in hospital twice within a short period of time just a few months ago and previously stated that she had been treated for septicemia at one point.
The EastEnders alum took to her Instagram Stories last night to reveal that she was at University College London Hospital (UCLH), though she didn't provide further details.
She shared a video of herself sitting in a corridor in the hospital yesterday evening. Danniella - who was seen wearing a face mask - wrote as a caption: "Vibe check".
Danniella didn't explain why she was in the hospital or whether she was accompanying someone else - though it comes following a health concern earlier this year.
She was said to have been "rushed" to A&E in June. It came after she'd been hospitalised a few weeks prior, reportedly for septicemia, which is when blood is poisoned by bacteria.
The actor - who had facial reconstructive surgery shortly before her hospitalisation - was said to have had a "sudden health shock".

The Sun reported at the time that her spokesperson said: "[She] suffered a sudden health shock. Thankfully the issue was caught early and dealt with by medical professionals."
They noted that the situation could have been "severe and life threatening" because septicaemia - also known as sepsis and blood poisoning - can lead to organ failure.
Danniella - who is best known for her role as Sam Mitchell on EastEnders - later confirmed to her followers on social media that she'd had a "septicemia episode".
Her latest visit to hospital comes just days after it was announced that she had split up from her fiancé David, which was confirmed to the Mirror by a spokesperson.
They commented on the situation recently: "The decision hasn’t come lightly and it is a decision that she feels is best for her and her career at this moment in time."
The Mirror approached Danniella's rep for comment.
