Danniella Westbrook has been out in the fresh air enjoying a make-up free trip to a park after angrily hitting out at claims she’d had cosmetic surgery to her face.
The former EastEnders actress went along to the park to walk her cute dog Bruno and even hugged some trees whilst she was there.
According to The Mirror, Danniella is set to go under the knife at some point in the coming months and according to reports, will have one of her ribs removed and inserted into her cheek to do a reconstruction procedure on her face.
The 48-year-old appeared to be fresh faced for her afternoon stroll and looked content as she rested beside a tree to address her followers online.
Taking to Instagram Stories, she asked: “I’ve got no makeup on today but does anybody else’s dog look at them really oddly when they hug a tree?
“Because mine does.”
She also shared photos of her beloved dog – who is a tan and white coloured bulldog and who looked reasonably uninterested in Danniella’s tree-hugging activities.
Earlier this month, Daniella was spotted with a bandage on her face, prompting speculation that she had already had some constructive work done to her face.
But she has hit out at the speculation via social media in a bid to set the record straight.
Disputing one article, the former soap star wrote via Twitter : “I haven’t had surgery since November .. I had a biopsy a little while back but no surgery.”
And other tweets saw her angrily hitting out at speculation – with one tweet stating: “Haven’t had that surgery yet!!!!!” and another adding: “Haven’t had next stage yet.”
Poor Danniella requires surgery to repair her face after years of hardcore drug abuse destroyed it.
The star has a long and well documented past with cocaine – and parts of her nose fell off after she spent years snorting the illegal substance.
Last month she revealed that she is planning to have part of one of her ribs inserted into her face as part of an ambitious cosmetic procedure to salvage her crumbling face.
The star has been an open book about the way her body was brutalised by years of cocaine abuse as she struggled with addiction.
The actress previously said that she "hates" the way she looks and that she "pretends she's fine".
She told The Sun: “People message me, saying, ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself’. I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.
“Sometimes I wake up and think ‘I don’t want to die today but I don’t want to face the world either’.”
The star said she has been booked in for five cosmetic surgeries to alter her appearance including one procedure at Liverpool's Aintree Hospital which will see part of one of her ribs inserted into her cheek.
