Danniella Westbrook shared she was thankful to spend time with her father and that his dementia "isn't that bad."
Snapping a photo of herself alongside her father, Andrew Westbrook, the actress was all smiles after spending a "lovely day" together. Sporting a lemon yellow sweater and her dad in a grey zipped jumper, the pair smiled at the camera before the shot found its way to Instagram.
The caption said: "A lovely day spent with my Pops, we haven’t stopped laughing and my Aunty popped in too. What a blessing it is to have my dad in my life.

"Dementia is heartbreaking but his very lucky his isn’t that bad hopefully it stays that way #Blessed #family I love my dad so very much."
On her Instagram story, she added her father's medication was keeping his dementia at bay. The family are set to spend Christmas night and Boxing Day together as she will always be a "daddy's girl" no matter her age.
Fans of the star backed her sentiment as they sent their love and support in the comment section. One follower said: "Dementia is very cruel, I work with dementia patients, just be there for him Danniella."
