Danielle Armstrong has admitted she “felt pressure” to snap back into shape after giving birth.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star compared herself to best pal and co-star Ferne McCann, who was back to her pre-baby body in just two months.
While Danielle says it took her between six months and a year to feel body confident again after having Orla, now two.
She told New magazine: “I would be lying if I said I wasn’t worried....There is pressure in our industry.
“My friend Ferne looked unreal when was pregnant with Sunday and she snapped back to her pre-baby body within a couple of months.
“But I took a good six months, probably even a year. Your body goes through so many changes and you don’t have to put pressure on yourself.”

The 34-year-old revealed she gained over four stone during her pregnancy – but is now feeling back to her old self.
The mum-of-one said her upcoming wedding to Orla’s father Tommy Edney, who she has known since she was 11, motivated her to lose the weight.
She wrote on Instagram : “After having Orla I never thought I would feel like me again as I put on over 4 stone in my pregnancy.”
But she said booking her recent five-day hen party to the Greek island of Mykonos kickstarted her fitness drive.
“Once we booked my hen over a year ago, I knew I had a goal to feel healthy and body confident by sticking to a simple nutrition plan and doing 21 day challenges.”
Danielle went on to share before and after photos of herself just after she had Orla and now.
Although she admits she “hated every single part” of being pregnant, she said becoming a mum was the “best experience in the world”.
She even teased she hopes to have baby number two “in the next year”.
Appearing on pal Ferne’s reality show First Time Mum last summer, Danielle was asked if she wanted more kids.
At the time she said: “Well I think I’ll wait another two years. But yeah, I definitely want more.”
Another reason her and Tommy want to add to their brood is because they both have siblings themselves.
Danielle said: “I’ve got a sister, Tom’s got a sister. My mum is actually an only child but always wishes that when she lost her parents she had a sibling, just for that support.”
Danielle – who has dubbed herself ‘Mrs E to be’ - shared she now feels the healthiest she has ever been.
And she said people loved that she documented her weight loss journey online and did it in such a healthy way.
She chose to showcase the results of her dramatic weight loss on social media, posting comparison photos to illustrate the change her body has undergone.
Gushing about her recent pre-wedding celebrations, she said it was the "most amazing hen weekend," adding the group "laughed" a lot together during the trip.
