Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has reserved special praise for Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-Min.
The Spurs forward is currently battling with Reds star Mohamed Salah for the Premier League Golden Boot award. Salah leads the way with 22 goals while Son is just behind with 21 this term.
Liverpool recently saw first hand Son’s qualities, after he scored in the 1-1 draw at Anfield in the league last week. Luis Diaz’s deflected strike in the second half earned a point for the Reds.

Son was on the scoresheet again after Tottenham beat North London rivals Arsenal 3-0 in the league. Harry Kane netted the other two strikes, and former Liverpool striker Sturridge has hailed Son for his recent form.
“I’ve once again randomly gotta show big love to @Sonny7,” wrote Sturridge on Twitter.
“I genuinely love watching this guy. I think he’d start in every team across the Premier League.
“Special special player.”
Sturridge's comments come less than a week after Liverpool fans spotted Jurgen Klopp having a chat with Son on the pitch at Anfield. After the full-time whistle of the draw with Tottenham last week, Klopp performed his usual post-match routine by going onto the pitch to speak to each of his players, as well as several members of the opposition. One of those the Reds boss spoke to was Son.
In a video captured by BT Sport, many Liverpool fans think they have worked out what Klopp said to Son. The pair shared a very brief chat, with some fans thinking that Klopp said: “Here [Anfield] is special’."
