“I can actually enjoy the victory now. I don’t remember a lot of the fight, but this is what I trained for. This is what I came to do. I’m really happy with my performance, and I’m glad I got the win.”

“When I walked out, I was completely focused on the octagon, so I didn’t hear or see much. After I got the win, then I was able to hear and see some people and I was quite surprised by the amount of Peruvians.”
Marcos on what he wants next
“I’ll be back in the gym in a couple of weeks. I’ll keep working, keep training, and I’ll be ready to (go again). I don’t have anyone in mind to call out right now. I’m just ready for anything they put against me, and I’ll be ready for anyone that comes along.”
