Mobster Daniel Kinahan is starting to show his age – as he appears in yet another social media snap with a high profile boxer.
The latest image of the crime lord shows him with Irish boxer Jono Carroll as they enjoy a night out in Dubai in recent days – but his smile cannot hide the fact that he is now a middle-aged man.
The photo – posted on the Instagram account of Dubliner Carroll, who has no involvement in crime – shows that Kinahan now needs glasses.
And the picture also shows that Kinahan, who turns 45 in June, is losing his hair at a dramatic rate.
Just five years ago, at the height of his gang’s bloody war against the Hutch outfit that has now left 18 men dead, Kinahan boasted a full head of hair.
But this photograph – posted on Instagram by Carroll on Sunday afternoon – shows how dramatic Kinahan’s ageing is.
Despite that, he was all smiles as he and Carroll – who fights for the Kinahan-linked MTK – posed with another boxer in Dubai.
“Team work makes the dream work,” Carroll (29) said.
“And my team is solid, We got big plays.
“#team #work #big #dreams #big #goals #you #are #the #creator.”
The photo was uploaded just weeks after mobster Kinahan – who is on the run from gardai and Spanish police – was snapped alongside world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury in Dubai.
Kinahan was pictured alongside ‘The Gypsy King’, who has no involvement in crime, in the UAE in an Instagram post.
The MTK Global co-founder – who now acts as an advisor to boxers in the stable – previously worked with the two-time world champion Fury.
And Fury publicly thanked Kinahan in 2020 for his role in putting together a fight with Anthony Joshua – which subsequently didn’t take place after an international outcry.
Speaking in a clip posted online, Fury said: “I’m just after getting off the phone there with Daniel Kinahan.
“He’s just informed me that the biggest fight in British boxing history has just been agreed.
“Big shout out Dan, he got this done.
“Literally over the line. Two-fight deal.”
It comes after English UFC star Darren Till described Kinahan as a “good pal” last December.
Kinahan – who gardai say runs an international drugs and crime gang from Dubai – is increasingly appearing on social media as he appears to try to sportswash his reputation.
He is determined to fool people into believing he is merely a sports promoter – and that he has no involvement in crime.
Gardai believe he has spent millions of euro reinventing himself – all to no avail.
Irish authorities are still mounting a major investigation into Dubai-based Kinahan and want to charge him with serious offences — including racketeering and conspiracy to murder.
And he is also wanted by Spanish authorities over the September 2005 murder of Gary Hutch (34) in Estepona on the Costa Del Sol – a killing that sparked off the deadly feud.
A Spanish police officer told a court there that Kinahan ordered that murder.
