Daniel Farke's long awaited arrival at Elland Road was finally confirmed yesterday evening with Leeds United now focused on preparations for next season. The German head coach has penned a four-year deal to try and lead the Whites back to the promised land of the Premier League.
The club has had to push to get Farke's appointment over the line given the ongoing takeover at Elland Road, which delayed the 46-year-old's unveiling. Leeds are still waiting for the green light from the EFL for 49ers Enterprises to take control of the club, but Farke will be hoping he's able to bring in new players soon.
The former Norwich City boss also faces a major decision in who he'd like to keep at the club this summer. A number of the Whites first-team players have been linked with moves away from Elland Road following on from the club's relegation last season.
But one position is likely to give him the biggest headache of them all - goalkeeper. Leeds' number one Illan Meslier has been a mainstay with the Whites since arriving at the club.

However, a disappointing downturn in form saw the young Frenchman dropped from between the sticks and veteran Joel Robles coming in to replace him. The Spaniard was solid if not spectacular during the relegation run in, but was released from his contract and then invited back for pre-season.
With Meslier expected to leave the club this summer given interest from a number of Premier League sides, Robles out of contract, it leaves just Kristoffer Klaesson as a first-team goalkeeper. Leeds United supporters have had their say on the current situation and what Farke should do.
Whites' supporters were 70 per cent in favour of keeping Robles at the club beyond this summer - with 9,788 votes in favour. Klaesson had 66 per cent of votes in favour of keeping him at the club, but opinion was divided over Meslier's future.
There was a 52 per cent - 48 per cent split in favour of keeping Meslier at the club, with 8,355 wanting him to stay, while 7,785 want the club to sell the young goalkeeper. The French shot-stopper was part of Marcelo Bielsa's Championship winning side and was then voted the club's young player of the season after an excellent debut campaign in the Premier League.
Farke will be hoping Meslier rediscovers his confidence this summer if he does decide to stay at Elland Road, with an in form goalkeeper key in any promotion push.
