Dani Dyer has given an update on how she is finding being a mother-of-three after welcoming twin girls last month and admitted it is “hard”.
The 26-year-old daughter of former EastEnders star Danny Dyer welcomed daughters Star and Summer with footballer boyfriend Jarrod Bowen at the end of May.
She is also mother to two-year-old son Santiago, known as “Santi”, from her previous relationship with ex Sammy Kimmence.
Taking to Instagram Stories, the former Love Island star shared a series of cute photos and videos of the twins, including a sweet moment with their big brother.
“Let’s catch up,” she told her 3.7 million Instagram followers.
Revealing that her girls are now four weeks old, she said Summer currently weighs 6.5lbs, while Star is weighing in at 5.11lbs.
During a Q&A with fans, Dyer was asked if she found it harder being a mother of twins than one baby after being praised for being “so natural”.
She replied: “Oh babe thank you. I’m not going to lie, it is hard.
“It is amazing but you just have to get into a routine as much as possible I’d say... but I love it and wouldn’t change it for the world.”
She went on to give more details about the birth, including that she had undergone a planned Caesarean section after having an emergency C-section with her first child.
She said: “Yes it was a planned C-section and was honestly such a beautiful day and a different experience from my first labour as it was an emergency C-section.”
Reassuring anyone going through the same thing, she continued: “Anyone having planned C-sections it is not as daunting as you may think.”
She added: “I was not as anxious during the operation so it was really special.”
The London-born personality also praised Santi for how quickly he had taken to his new role of big brother.
“He loves them so much. Such a good big brother,” she beamed.
