Dani Dyer loves a lot of things about her boyfriend Jarrod Bowen, but his gaming habit isn't one of them.
The Love Island 2018 winner is completely smitten with West Ham winger Jarod, 26, but when it comes to his childish side, Dani, 25, isn't so keen.
Dani was first linked to the sports star last October, after splitting from her jailbird ex Sammy Kimmence.
Since then, the lovebirds appear to have gone from strength-to-strength, regularly sharing glimpses into their relationship on social media - much to the delight of their curious fans.
However, there's one thing that Dani seemingly can't quite get on board with - and that's when Jarod goes into his 'little kid' mode.
Lifting the lid on his girlfriend's pet peeves in their relationship, footballer Jarod told new! Magazine: "My girlfriend hates it. She calls me a little kid when I have my headset on and I'm talking to my friends.
"But I tell her that it brings me enjoyment and it's my happy place. It's a nice way to switch off."
Dani first started dating Jarrod after her shock split from her jailbird ex Sammy last year.
Just months after they welcomed a baby boy named Santiago, the 25-year-old called it quits after Sammy was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for fraud.
Following the turmoil, Jarrod had been 'a real support' for Dani in the months after her ex was sentenced.
An insider previously told The Sun: “She has been to hell and back in the last year and Jarrod has been a real support for her.
"They started spending time together as just friends but as time as gone on they have grown closer and seem to be getting on really well. It is a very new relationship but it’s lovely to see Dani beginning to move on and leaving all the heartache she’s suffered behind her.”
The source continued: "Dani’s parents, Danny and Jo, like Jarrod too, which is always really important for her. All they both want is to see her happy again. But the fact that Jarrod plays for Danny’s beloved Hammers is always going to be a bonus for him."
“After everything that Dani has been through, this feels like a fresh start for her. And her friends and family couldn’t be happier to see her with Jarrod.”
As her relationship with Jarod continues to blossom one year on, rumours are already mounting around a possible Netflix series featuring Dani and other WAGS of the England players including her pal Sasha Attwood who is dating Jack Grealish, along with Luke Shaw's wife Anouska Santos.
The Sun has reported that Optomen TV have asked several stars to take part in the TV series surrounding the build-up to the World Cup.
The show allegedly will follow the footballer's wives and girlfriends as they go about their everyday lives, juggling family and work commitments as well as their relationships with the players.
