Dancing With The Stars judge Arthur Gourounlian has revealed he and Brian Dowling are praying for their miracle baby this year.
The loved up pair got hitched in 2015 and have been exploring parenthood options for the last four years.
Armenian-born Arthur, 42, said the couple’s journey to parenthood has been a “rollercoaster”.
He added: “We are on the baby train, it’s our dream, it’s been ups and downs fingers crossed we can get some good news.
“We’ve been through it for these past four years, it’s been ups and downs. I always wanted to adopt and build a family... adoption was our first idea, coming from a refugee background I wanted to help children who had nowhere to go.
“We are getting older and gay, so we are going down the surrogacy road, fingers crossed we get our baby this year.”
Dancer Arthur, who has performed on X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, said like all talent shows Dancing With The Stars is a popularity contest.
He added: “In the dance-off we have to choose the best dancer not the best entertainer.”
Dancing With The Stars is on RTE One tonight at 6.30pm.
