Dancing With The Stars champ and RTE 2FM Breakfast Show co-presenter Carl Mullan has warned of a scam using his profile.
The Dubliner took to his official Instagram account to urge his followers not to follow the bogus social media account carlmullan_private.fanpage which says it has 440,000 followers.
A message on the fake account says: “I’ve been seeing you lately on my comments and likes.

“Thank you for your love and support. I created this private personal account just to text you and get to know people outside my career.”
The father-of-one revealed he had contacted the social media platform about the fake account but he got an unusual response back.
The broadcaster and social media star who has 280,000 real Instagram followers said: “I reported this page and they just got back to me to say they aren’t taking it (fake account) down because they get so many requests that they didn’t have time to have a look.
“So if you get a message from this page, it’s absolutely not me so just delete it and report it.”
Speaking before the final, the 33-year-old said he is suffering from “imposter syndrome” and that taking to the dance floor with his dancing partner Emily Barker has been “a battle” every week.
“There’s just this voice in your head going, ‘You’re not good enough’.
“You’re gonna make a show of yourself. Every single week.”
Carl added he is looking forward to spending more time with his wife Aisling, their young son Daibhi and dog Angie after the show finally came to an end last night.
He was dancing against singer and Glee Star actor Damian McGinty and his dance partner Kylee Vincent.
