Dancing with the Stars returned to our screens tonight and it didn't disappoint.
This year's celebrities put on stellar performances in the season opener, leaving judges Loraine Barry, Brian Redmond and Arthur Gourounlian impressed. There was no elimination this week, with votes from show one and show two being carried over to show three.
Eurovision star Brook Scullion topped the leader board with her pro partner Maurizio Benenato. Their energetic Salsa scored an incredible 25 points from the judges, the highest ever score in a season opener.

Viewers were also very impressed with Panti's performance, with one person saying online: "If I could glide in heels like Panti Bliss, I’d be one damn happy woman."
Brooke Scullion also received plenty of praise online. One viewer wrote: "There's good, there's great and then there's Brooke Scullion."
Another viewer praised Doireann Garrihy, who has joined Jennifer Zamparelli to present this season. They said: "Have to say @DoireannGarrihy was brilliant on #DWTSIRL tonight. Pure natural seems like she’s been co-hosting the show for years."
