Rachel Stevens is still in therapy over her S Club 7 days more than 20 years on.
The singer, who is on the new series of Dancing On Ice, has opened up about how she's still seeing a therapist to learn how to cope with the toll than being in the pop group took on her.
The 43-year-old topped the charts with the band from 1999 to 2003 in what would have seemed to many like a dream come true.
But Rachel says it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows.
She told The Sun : "You just kind of push it down and get on with it and suck it up. And that does take a bit of a toll.
"I’ve spent a lot of time trying to learn to undo that. It’s something I have to work on every day. I still speak to a therapist. That really helps."
Meanwhile, Rachel has also insisted that her popstar past won't give her an unfair advantage over her fellow Dancing On Ice competitors.
She said: "I’m not a trained dancer. And at the end of the day, it’s on ice so no matter what you do, that adds a whole other level of challenge. It’s crazy."
Ria Hebden will be facing the first skate off next week.
At the end of the first show last night, hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield announced the This Morning presenter would face the first elimination after the rest of the contestants have performed for the first time.
Ria and her professional partner Łukasz Różycki will have to fight to stay in the ITV contest after scoring 24.5 from the judges.
When asked how she felt, Ria said: "I'm really gutted because we absolutely worked so hard on this skate and I enjoyed every second skating with Łukasz."
Łukasz added: "Oh we have a fabulous routine so I'm looking forward actually."
The pair scored higher than Coronation Street's Sally Dynevor, who ended up with 23.
