Dancing On Ice star Liberty Poole sought advice from Love Island alum Maura Higgins ahead of her stint on the skating show.
The reality star and her pro-partner Joe Johnson will take to the ice for her first live performance this weekend, as she competes with her fellow celebs and their partners - Connor Ball and Alexandra Schauman, Ben Foden and Robin Johnstone, Regan Gascoigne and Karina Manta and Stef Reid and Andy Buchanan - in a bid to avoid the dreaded skate off.
And Liberty has been getting tips from Maura - who impressed on her series of Dancing On Ice.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, she said: "Obviously, previous Love Islanders have done the show before - I don't really talk to them regularly but I did bump into Maura Higgins at the Pride of Britain Awards.
"She said it's the best thing she's ever done and just enjoy every second, which I'm going to do."
Liberty says the whole cast of her series of the ITV2 show have been supportive of her ice skating and she has invited her friends Kaz Kamwi and Faye Winters to watch her on the first show.
"Everyone's been supportive, everyone said oh we'll be watching you and cheering you on," she added.
"I've invited Kaz and Faye to come along and watch my first performance on Sunday, and hopefully they'll be there cheering me on. Everyone's been the most supportive, that's what I like about the cast - everyone's just cheering on everyone to do well."
It comes after Liberty said she manifested her Dancing On Ice stint.
"I got the call [from Dancing on Ice ] on my birthday, I was so excited. As a kid growing up watching the show, you never think one day you'll be on it," she said, "I've just always liked ice skating with my mates.
"Don't get me wrong I've never been good at it, but I used to like going at Christmas."
Speaking about her pro partner Joe, she added: "We get on so well. We're very similar. He is just the biggest ball of energy and now he's like a brother to me. We have the best time, we're always laughing and having fun. I definitely think you'll see that. We'll be the entertainment and the silly ones. I don't think Joe goes for me. We're just the best of friends."
