Dancing On Ice star Christopher Dean told fans everything 'went well' as he provided them with an update on Jayne Torvill 's surgery.
Last week, it was confirmed Jayne was off the ice but would be back soon. She appeared on the show with her arm in a sling.
Jayne revealed she had sustained an injury that had left her needing surgery, with her right arm in a sling that matched her sparkly green dress.
Earlier this week, competition judge Christopher took to social media to reveal her surgery was a success.
"Jayne is out of surgery and all went well. Just recovery now," he said on Twitter.
"Thank you for all your well wishes. White rabbits too."
Fans immediately took to the comment section to wish her a quick recovery.
"Sending Jayne all good wishes for a speedy recovery. Take care now," one user said.
Another added: "Sending love and hugs, have a speedy, safe recovery Jayne xxx."
"Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully the start to a good recovery," one concerned user posted.
Last week saw Jayne return to Dancing On Ice to discuss her injury.
As she and skating partner Christopher Dean appeared once more to judge the remaining contestants, host Phillip Schofield noted her arm was in a sling.
Jayne, who was wearing a sling that matched her green dress at the time, revealed her injury needed surgery.
Asked if she was okay, Jayne confirmed she had ruptured her bicep tendon and needed to undergo surgery on it.
But she insisted she was fine, and that she would be back skating soon - while it is the final in a matter of weeks.
Jayne isn't the only judge to have been injured this series, as Chris had broken a bone just days before the show launched in January.
Chris made his show return with a bandaged-up finger after breaking it, and he admitted he and Jayne had to alter their planned routine as a result.
Chris is now fine, and now it's only Jayne who is recovering - as she revealed that she'd sustained the injury while on the ice.
