Dancing On Ice fans say Liberty Poole was 'done dirty' by unusual zebra outfit

Dancing On Ice fans were left with no words as Liberty Poole dressed as a zebra on the ITV show tonight.

The Love Island star skated to I Like To Move It from the Madagascar movie dressed as a zebra, whilst her pro partner Joe danced as a lion - but viewers of the show felt she had been "done dirty" by producers with the unusual outfit choice.

In the VT, Liberty was asked what movie song she'd like to dance to - and her choice was to be a Bond girl. So she was left very surprised when Joe told her they'd be skating to I Like To Move It.

Joe then asked her to audition to be different animals on the ice. However, when she eventually skated onto the ice in her costume, fans of the ITV skating show were surprised by the costume choice.

The outfit got a lot of comments (ITV)

"I feel like they did Liberty dirty with this routine and costume #DancingOnIce," one wrote.

A second added: "I do like Liberty but seriously what is this? #DancingOnIce," as a third penned: "Nah what the hell am I watching #doi #dancingonice." A fourth shared: "erm lol #dancingonice."

It comes after Liberty previously teased her outfits on the ITV skating show would be very revealing.

"The Dancing On Ice costumes are revealing but feel modest compared with the bikinis I was in almost 24 hours a day on Love Island," she said, "I’ve tried on one so far and I loved it, it was so pretty. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.

"My first routine is pure independent woman, really sassy vibes, and I’ve loved throwing my personality into it and becoming a sass queen. I think that’s my secret weapon on the show."

She was also hopeful her time on the show would put her Love Island heartache behind her.

"I think on this you will get to see more of my fun side. I am a fun person and in Love Island you saw me in a partnership and what I was like in a relationship," she explained.

"This time you will see me as an individual having fun and learning a new skill so people will see a different side to me."
