Dan Orlovsky Trolled Pat McAfee After Dolphins’ Punt Hit Scoreboard vs. Chiefs

Prior to the Dolphins vs. Chiefs matchup in Frankfurt, Germany, it was revealed on the broadcast that multiple punts hit the scoreboard during pregame warmups. And just prior to halftime of the game, a Miami punt did just that, which led to commentators Rich Eisen and Dan Orlovsky having some fun with it.

In the end, though, it was surprisingly Pat McAfee who wound up taking a bit of a stray from Orlovsky over the punt, as the analyst took a light-hearted jab at his now-ESPN colleague.

Eisen: "The ball does hit the scoreboard ... I guess that moment's for McAfee, right?"

Orlovsky: "McAfee could never."

After a punt hits the scoreboard in Germany, where is Pat McAfee when you need him?

Rich Eisen: "I guess that moment's for McAfee, right?"

Both had a good laugh over it, and I'm sure McAfee likely did the same. As Eisen pointed out on the broadcast, and the official confirmed, the ball was placed back at its previous spot and the Dolphins had to punt again.
