Jared Goff has probably heard enough criticism to last a lifetime after what he went through with the Los Angeles Rams and after the trade that sent him to the Detroit Lions.
But now? He’s a playoff winner with the Lions, and that’s the best.
In Dan Campbell’s post-win speech after the victory over the Rams on Sunday night, the head coach gave out two game balls — one to GM Brad Holmes and one to Goff. And it was the line that he delivered to Goff that was just perfection: “You’re good enough for [expletive] Detroit, Jared Goff.”
