After demanding that the Portland Trail Blazers trade him early this summer, seven-time All-Star guard Damian Lillard was sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in a huge three-team trade two weeks ago.
That trade gives the Bucks arguably the best star duo in the NBA: Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is a two-time regular-season MVP and a winner of the Defensive Player of the Year and NBA Finals MVP awards.
Of course, the Los Angeles Lakers believe they still have the best superstar tandem: LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
The two tandems will face off at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday. Lillard will make his Bucks preseason debut that afternoon.
Bucks coach Adrian Griffin said on NBA Today just now that Giannis Antetokounmpo and Dame Lillard will make their debut together in Milwaukee’s preseason game against the Lakers in L.A. on Sunday.

The contest will be the Lakers’ fifth of the preseason schedule. They will first face the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday before playing the Golden State Warriors on Friday evening.
