Damian Lillard isn’t ever one to hold back on social media. Throughout all the trade rumors about the now-former Portland Trail Blazer wanting out and preferring the Miami Heat, that was true.
Now? He was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, a move that shocked the NBA world. After months of speculation and reports on what was happening with Dame behind the scenes or what he wanted, we at least know where he’s headed.
And as for Lillard himself? His first post-trade tweet was a fiery one that promised he’d reveal all to Blazers fans … and he would ignore the “casuals”:
The casuals won’t be addressed but the trailblazers fans and city of Portland that I love truly will be … and they will be addressed truthfully. Stay tuned
