Dak Prescott has had a pretty rough go of things so far over the last couple of weeks.
The last drive of the Cowboys’ last game ended in a walk-off pick-six courtesy of the Jaguars, making the Cowboys’ next matchup with the Eagles so much less interesting.
One would think things couldn’t get much worse, right? Wrong. They did. The first drive of the Cowboys’ game against the Eagles ended in a pick-six, too. This time it was Eagles’ defensive lineman Josh Sweat who took it to the house.
Prescott made up for it on the very next drive, though. Instead of just folding, he went 5-5 and led Dallas to scoring their first touchdown of the game.
That doesn’t sound too special until you see how he somehow kept their drive alive. The Eagles had Prescott dead to rights on a sack on 3rd and 5. But he doesn’t go down. Instead, he somehow stays up with an Eagle wrapped around his legs and he throws for a first down.

Just an incredible play from a quarterback who is pretty incredible most of the time. Talk about making up for your past transgressions. All is forgiven Dak. No worries.
