RTE star Daithi O Se has said he always thinks he could host the Today Show better.
The broadcaster has hosted the popular afternoon show since 2021.
But the Kerryman said that although he’s now a veteran on the flagship show, he still feels like he could host it better every day.

He told us: “I’m only hitting my stride yet. I don’t understand how people say they are at the top of their game because if you tell people you’re at the top of your game, there is only one place you’ll go and that is down.
“There isn’t a day I don’t say I should’ve seen that coming or yeah maybe that could’ve worked better. There wouldn’t be a day that I would come off the show and say that I could’ve done one part better.
“I’m always checking myself. I’m not staff. I’m only as good as my last one,” he added.
