Model Daisy Lowe has revealed that she's a big fan of having sex three times a day, and what her biggest turn offs are.
The 33-year-old stunner, who has dated actor Matt Smith and DJ Mark Ronson, among other high profile names, also spoke of the stress-busting benefits of satisfying romps.
The brunette beauty said: “I always knew good sex made me feel a lot better - orgasms are so good for stress reliving.
“I’m definitely happiest at least a few times a week, like every other day.
She added: “On a great day, two or three times a day if that’s where it gets to.”
Daisy has been dating property develop Jordan Saul, 28, since 2020, when they met in London's Hampstead Heath.
Speaking to The Sun, Daily revealed she feels sexiest when she's showered and washed her hair, as cleanliness makes her feel sexy.
Bad hygiene, such as not brushing your teeth or showering, and wearing flip flops on the tube are big turns off for her, she added.
Her turn ons however, include being good at driving, and seeing her beau helping someone.
In March, Daisy shared some of her key tips to keeping herself happy, with The Sun on Sunday.
Daisy has struggled with low points over the course of her life and career as she experienced burn out after accepting eight jobs a day, the loss of her beloved grandmother, ‘Fast Eddie’ and suffering a breakdown following her stint on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 which all culminated in a couple of stays in rehabilitation centres.
The model says having survived her low points, she has a more rounded view of her overall life – with life lows helping her appreciate the highest.
She credits fresh air and exercise as key elements to a healthy life, saying: “If I’m feeling crappy I like getting outside, getting fresh air and going for a walk in nature.
Exercise always shifts everything, but not to the point of obsession or addiction, but just to get that serotonin going through your body.”
She also explained that writing gratitude lists, watching classic comedies like Bridesmaids, and cooking all help her keep focused, upbeat, and happy.
Back in 2020, Daisy opened up about the burnout she experienced after competing on Strictly, which led to her suffering mentally and physically.
The model’s mother, fashion designer Pearl Lowe, then insisted Daisy attend John McKeown’s rehab facility, Ibiza Calm, for treatment – where she learned how to talk through her issues, and says she confronted her depression through yoga and kickboxing classes.
Daisy then returned to UK but found herself struggling to cope again after she signed up to multiple new projects.
She then returned to Ibiza Calm for a second round of rehabilitation.
The star explained: “I think I got more out of my second stint because I wasn’t afraid to be there.”
