Daisy Edgar-Jones puts on leggy display after jetting into Ireland for movie premiere

Daisy Edgar-Jones put on a leggy display for a second night in a row as she jetted into Ireland for the premiere of her new movie, Where The Crawdads Sing tonight.

The Normal People star arrived on the red carpet looking stunning, dressed in Miu Miu Archive dress, with Miu Miu gold sandals and Tiffany and co jewellery.

The 24-year-old – who rose to fame alongside Paul Mescal in Normal People - told us she was delighted to be back in Ireland to escape the hot London weather and considered it a second home.

She said: “I definitely would. I think it’s been two years since I was here shooting Normal People so it felt very nostalgic.”

Daisy said she is hoping to enjoy some pints of Guinness while here for the night before she goes back to the UK.

Daisy was in town to promote her new movie, which is released in cinemas.

The film sees the British actress star as Catherine 'Kya' Clark, a young woman struggling to raise herself in the marshes of North Carolina after her parents abandon her.

Later, Kya is involved in a love triangle with two men (played by Taylor John Smith and Harris Dickinson), but when one of them turns up murdered, she becomes the primary suspect in his death.

Produced by Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon, the role is expected to see Daisy catapulted to worldwide stardom following her role in BBC Three's Normal people.

The film, which is an adaptation of a bestseller novel by Delia Owen, has already racked up $17 million at the American box office.

Also at the premiere in Rathmines, Dublin was Dancing With The Stars contestant Ellen Keane.
