Fathers can do anything for their daughters, we all know that and in that line we should never underestimate the extent to which a daughter can go for her dad.
One video is doing rounds on social media where we can see a father daughter inside a hospital room. The video has been shared by a Twitter account named The Figen_. The viral video has been viewed for 2.9 million times so far.
In the video we can see a daughter entering a room where her father is resting on the bed. "She is one of the most wonderful daughters in the world. Dad finds out that the anonymous kidney donor was his own daughter...," the video has been captioned.
We learn that the daughter has donated her kidney to her ailing father and the dad was unaware of this until he saw his daughter getting in wearing surgery-specific clothing.
The heart touching moment arrives when the father sobs like a child when he learns it is his daughter who donated her kidney and gave him a new lease of life.
"I feel this on so many levels. I’ve had 2 kidney transplants, both living donors from family members. One donor was my Father and the other a cousin. Receiving a new kidney when you’ve been so sick and on dialysis is an absolute miracle. You wake up already feeling better, it’s another chance at a fuller life. After my second kidney transplant I had my 2 miracle babies. One persons gift of their kidney gave me a new life and 2 brand new lives. I will forever be grateful for my gifts," writes one Twitter user.
"As a father, I completely understand why he’s upset. I’m sure he’s immensely grateful, but no parent wants to take from their children," writes another.
