The vessels 'Open Arms' and 'Jennifer' have been utilizing the port of Larnaca in Cyprus as a base for delivering aid to Gaza.
World Central Kitchen (WCK), a key player in the maritime corridor initiative, announced the immediate suspension of its operations in the area following the incident. President Christodoulides emphasized the importance of conducting a thorough investigation into the tragedy and extended heartfelt condolences to WCK and the nations affected by the loss of their citizens.
