A cyclist is fighting for his life in hospital after being hit by a car in the east end of the city.
The 64-year-old man was cycling on Fielden Street, at the junction with Fielding Place around 8.40am on Monday when he was involved in a collision with a grey Audi A3.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and the man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where his condition is described as critical.

Police are now appealing for any witnesses or passersby with dashcam footage to come forward.
Sergeant Andrew Coutts said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are appealing to anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
“In particular, if you have dash-cam footage that could assist with our investigation then please make contact with us.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0737 of Monday, 29 May, 2023.”
