Customers outraged after family leave behind entire table of rubbish after KFC feast

A family who left piles of rubbish and filth at a KFC with containers lying around and half eaten food, have been slammed for their selfish behaviour.

After the images were shared online of the devastation at the KFC in a food court in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, many people felt sorry for the workers who were left with the job of clearing up the mess.

There was outrage at the way that the family had been able to spread their mess across several tables and onto the floor, reported the Daily Star.

And many have been shocked at the way that the group, that was made up of around eight to ten people, did not think to pick up the containers and dispose of them.

The filthy state that the group left the restaurant in was so bad, as the image shows, that people could barely see what was underneath.

The picture, which was taken moments after they left the fast-food venue, showed heaps of trash on the floor, alongside a puddle of soft drink.

One fed-up customer, who goes by the name Xshpeare on Reddit, uploaded the disgusting image online on Monday.

The photograph has since received thousands of views, with people calling out the family.

"I was shocked when I saw how dirty they left it, it was so dirty that three workers had to clean it instead of the usual one," the customer told Newsweek.

"I even took a picture because I've never seen a mess that bad in a food court."

In Saudi Arabia, littering is illegal and can cost offenders fines of 500 Saudi Riyals (£105) for a first breach and double the amount for repeat offenders.

One Reddit user said: "I feel bad for the poor workers who have to deal with entitled people like this every day," said another.

"It's not that hard to throw your garbage away."

Another commented: "There's a godd**n bin less than 10 feet away. The laziness of some people astounds me."

A third person sarcastically wrote: "At least they left a bun on the floor to help soak up the soda that they dumped."
