A popular coffee shop in Glasgow's Finnieston area have announced their shock closure earlier today.
Mayze, a vegan coffee and brunch spot that's been serving Glaswegians for five years, took to Instagram to let customers know they will be closing their doors next weekend.
It comes as factors including economic struggles, supply chain pressure and footfall uncertainty have "taken a toll" on the owner's mental health.

The Argyle St eatery will remain open until Sunday, March 12, when it closes its doors for good.
But their branch in Denniston remains open for customers to grab their coffee and grub fix.
The owner wrote: "Hey folks, unfortunately MAYZE Finnieston will be closing its doors for the last time on Sunday 12th March.
"Through the, now cliché, current struggles of small businesses - economic struggles, supply chain pressure and footfall uncertainty with strikes/WFH etc etc … it’s taking a toll on my mental health so it’s not possible to continue.
"So we’re condensing our business operations into our Denniston store @mayze_dennistoun at 172 Sword Street so we can start to focus on the creative and engaging side of the business again - with the ability to concentrate on our Bakery, Wholesale, Catering & Pop Ups and give them the attention they deserve.
"We hope to see a bunch of you there at some point but in the meantime: Thanks for an incredible 5 years, the memories make it all worth it.
"Running a small business is hard, and it’s really really hard right now. If anyone wants to chat about something they might also be experiencing or thinking about, please just message."
Mayze will be open next Wednesday to Sunday from 9am until 4pm with savoury bakes, sandwiches, toasties, brekkie rolls and loads of sweets and cakes before they close their Finnieston and say goodbye to customers.
Devastated customers have reacted to the news as another independent business shuts down.
One person wrote: "Heartbroken to see this wee place go, one of the best places in Finnieston but you need to do what's best! Will be visiting the Denniston store in future! Used to go to you guys all the time during my lunch break when I worked in Skypark. Much love."
Another added: "Devastated about this. We will for sure be along to the Dennistoun shop instead Mayze is such a gem of a place really sorry to hear this."
A third said: "Really sad to read this! Your vegan bakes are delicious! Hope you’re ok and we wish you all the happiness over at the Denniston shop."
The team has confirmed that confirmed cake orders will not be affected by the closure and customers will be informed if any amendments to times or collection locations are to be made.
In the meantime, Mayze has paused cake orders for April onwards.
