Customer asks Dope Burger takeaway to spit in his burger in rude Uber Eats order

Takeaways can often be at the end of very strange customer requests. With the likes of Deliveroo and Uber Eats you can add a customer note requesting delivery options, changes to your order or in theory, anything you want.

One customer has done such a thing, however it's not the most standard request, for example asking for "double the sauce" or "extra cutlery". Dope Burger in Hull received a very strange request from one customer, who asked the burger joint to spit in their burger and write 's**g' on it.

Dope Burger, which has branches in Leeds and Doncaster, posted the censored receipt to their Facebook page. It has the caption: "Part 1 of strange customer requests."

A very bizarre request (Facebook: Dope Burger)

The receipt in full was for an order of fries and a smoked dope burger with the customer note saying: "Spit in my Burger and write s**g on it". Higher up on the receipt were the same instructions, noting that the driver was to deliver the food to the customer's door.

The order was placed on September 20, to be delivered later that evening. The Facebook post has so far received over 2,000 likes and almost 700 comments with many suggesting the burger might be meant for someone not well-liked, to say the least. Many have asked if the customer's request was fulfilled - we are not sure we want to know the answer.

One person said: "If I was the receiver of the burger I wouldn't even be mad... Id just be that impressed that they followed through the order."

Another left a comment saying: "Did you spit in the burger that's what I want to know?."
