Cumbernauld teen missing from home overnight as police launch urgent search

Police in Lanarkshire are searching for a teenage girl who has been missing for over 24 hours.

Chelsea Robertson has been reported missing from Cumbernauld and was last seen in the area around 9.15am on Monday.

The 14-year-old is described as 5ft 6 inches tall, of slim build, with long fair/blonde hair.

When last seen, she was wearing a grey hoody with brightly coloured Nickelodeon characters, black leggings, and black high-top Converse trainers.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Anyone who has seen Chelsea or who has any information on her whereabouts is asked to contact 101, quoting reference 1073 of 15 May, 2023."
