Crystal Palace vs Leeds: TV channel, kick-off time, live stream details and injury news

Crystal Palace host Leeds at Selhurst Park on Monday night where they will be bidding to halt a run of three successive defeats.

Premier League losses away at Leicester and Newcastle have come either side of an FA Cup semi-final defeat at Wembley to Chelsea, leaving the Eagles adrift in their race to finish in the top half of the table during Patrick Vieira’s first season in charge in SE25.

Palace are currently 14th in the league on 37 points, though a victory over the Whites on Monday would lift them up three spots into 11th thanks to their goal difference. Jesse Marsch’s side are five points clear of the relegation zone in 16th but come to south London on a four-game unbeaten run in the league.

When the two sides met at Elland Road earlier in the season it was the hosts – then coached by Marcelo Bielsa – who came out on top courtesy of a stoppage-time penalty converted by Raphinha. Palace had given as good as they got for the majority of the game but were guilty of wasting several opportunities to score, with Christian Benteke missing a glaring chance with his head when he was found unmarked at the back post by Tyrick Mitchell.

Team news

Jesse Marsch will be without Adam Forshaw for the trip to London after he fractured his kneecap during training. Patrick Bamford (foot) and Tyler Roberts (hamstring) are also both ruled out of the match, though Junior Firpo (knee) and Jamie Shackleton (calf) might make their returns to the matchday squad.

Patrick Vieira meanwhile could be without club captain Luka Milivojevic after the midfielder missed last week’s trip to Newcastle with an injury picked up against Chelsea at Wembley. Michael Olise was withdrawn in the first half against the Magpies, meanwhile, with Vieira saying afterwards he felt the winger was not at 100 per cent with his fitness after recently returning from a foot injury. Despite that, Olise is expected to be in the matchday squad on Monday, while full-back Nathan Ferguson remains on the sidelines.
