Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin comes back into contention for the first time in two months after he stepped up his recovery during a specially-arranged midweek friendly with Chester. He has not featured in a first-team squad since the victory over Arsenal on February 4.
Seamus Coleman has been ruled out, but midfielder Amadou Onana may be passed fit. Abdoulaye Doucoure serves the final game of his three-match suspension.
As for the Eagles, meanwhile, they will be without former Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne and star man, Wilfried Zaha, for this Premier League showdown. Both players are expected to return to training next week, but first choice goalkeeper Vicente Guaita is available after recovering from a calf problem.
